Agreement Reached! Fairview Health Services and BCBS of Minnesota

We are pleased to announce that we have reached agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota for our ongoing participation in Blue Cross insurance products. We believe this is a fair agreement that will allow us to continue providing exceptional care and experience for our patients.

As a result, patients with Blue Cross coverage will have uninterrupted access to Fairview providers and services at the in-network benefit levels of their plan.

Southdale ObGyn is not part of the Fairview System. Southdale ObGyn has a separate contract with BC/BS of Minnesota which is not affected by the current negotiations between Fairview and BC/BS. You will be able to be seen in our offices after January 2017. Southdale ObGyn does use Fairview for hospital visits. If you anticipate needing a hospitalization after January 2017, please contact our business office at 952-920-7007.
