Exercise during pregnancy
At Southdale Ob/Gyn we provide exceptional care for women during their pregnancies. Dr. Evelyn Torres, her partners and our nurse practitioners support physical activity and regular exercise before, during and after pregnancy to maintain a healthy body weight and ease labor and delivery.
