Biography/Personal Interests

Dr. Liz Crandall is a Minnesota native from who grew up in Crystal, Minnesota. She earned her undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. Dr. Crandall then attended the University of Minnesota to receive her Doctor of Medicine. Her OB/GYN residency training was completed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

Dr. Crandall enjoys all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology. The practice of OB/GYN appeals to her because of its variety; Dr. Crandall enjoys seeing patients in the office, performing surgeries—especially laparoscopy and hysteroscopy—as well as delivering babies. She especially likes caring for high-risk obstetric patients. Dr. Crandall provides all of her patients with superior women’s healthcare that spans the life cycle. She is a relaxed, easy-going physician who enjoys “seeing patients year after year, watching them start their families and seeing them grow.”

Dr. Crandall currently resides in Minneapolis along with her husband, Gary, and daughters Julia and Sophia. In her free time, she enjoys her women’s book club and doing needlepoint craftwork. She also likes to ski, bike, swim, and spend time with her family.
