Southdale Ob/Gyn Consultants recently received two awards from Fairview Physician Associates

 

Southdale Ob/Gyn Consultants recently won 2 awards from Fairview Physician Associates.  After surveying 499 patients at our clinic in September of 2009, we won the award for Top Overall Customer Satisfaction Score for Excellence of Overall Care.

Also, Southdale Ob/Gyn received an award for the most Increase in Customer Satisifaction of Appointment Access.

 

Fairview Physician Associates is a physician-led nonprofit of more than 1,200 physicians and nearly 200 primary and specialty clinics.  Member clinics are independent as well as clinics owned by Fairview Health Services.  FPA works to improve community health by helping member clinics reach clinical and practice quality goals set by health plans and FPA.  FPA requires that all of the member clinics participate in annual surveys and generate at least a 30 percent response rate.
