Erica Scheffler, is an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner who provides expert breastfeeding and lactation services to moms and babies who request assistance and/or consultation about breastfeeding such as:
- prenatal consultation
- assistance on how to breastfeed
- postnatal support to help get breastfeeding off to a positive start
- aid for latching difficulties
- breastfeeding support when going back to work/school
- consultation regarding pumping and storage of milk
- assessment and treatment of breast and nipples problems such as: ongoing engorgement, breast pain or plugged ducts, and or sore, cracked, bleeding nipples
